✨Trampoline: Air awareness & dynamic moves

✨Vault: Explosive power & control

✨AirTrack: Tumbling with bounce

✨Bars & Beam: Strength, balance & confidence

✨Skill Progression Focus: Grouped by skill level for challenge and support. Prepares gymnasts for our September Term and the new Level 2 Class for focused athletes.
